Description

Annual organization license – $3,000 per year per organization.

This product purchases one 12-month organizational license for the Live Voice Forensic Scanner platform. The initial v1 billing model is annual access paid through WooCommerce checkout or invoice. It is not configured as an automatic recurring subscription yet.

How the annual license works:
1. The organization places this order and pays $3,000 for one annual license term.
2. Access starts after payment is completed and onboarding/compliance review is approved.
3. The license term runs for 12 months from activation, not from browsing or cart creation.
4. Authorized users and devices are activated under the purchasing organization.
5. Capture, voice matching, retention, transfer, and company-copy workflows require active written consent and authorized purpose records.
6. Renewal is handled by a new annual checkout order or invoice before expiration.
7. If renewal is not completed, the license should move to expired/suspended status and capture/matching access should be blocked.
8. Automatic yearly renewal can be added later through WooCommerce Subscriptions or a direct Stripe subscription after legal pages, privacy terms, and webhook-based license automation are finalized.

Commercial use is subject to customer agreement, privacy policy, retention/deletion terms, and compliance review. This checkout does not replace legal review for biometric, recording-consent, data-transfer, or customer-contract requirements.
