This product provides one 12-month organizational license for the Live Voice Forensic Scanner consent-gated voice-forensics workflow. The license term begins after completed payment and approved onboarding. It is not an automatic recurring subscription.

• Clean-install setup, compatible Windows audio dependency, device listing, and 48 kHz mono preflight included
• Full synthetic verification suite included: 51 tests passed before publication
• Recorder shutdown/rotation safeguards and stream-restart timestamp re-anchoring included
• Run INSTALL.bat for a verified installation into a new short local folder; existing installations are preserved
• Fixed Windows fingerprint-library encoding compatibility; the actual setup-created library is now verified
• Run RUN_LIVE_RECORDING.bat for audio recording and fingerprint enrollment. Shadow mode intentionally disables enrollment
• New voice-fingerprint enrollment is enabled in Live mode; personal fingerprints, recordings, logs, runtime state, and personal profile defaults are not bundled

Authorized-use requirements:
1. Use only for an authorized organizational purpose.
2. Obtain appropriate written consent before capture, enrollment, matching, retention, transfer, or company-copy workflows.
3. Apply the organization’s privacy, access-control, retention, and deletion requirements.
4. Renewal requires a new annual checkout order or invoice before expiration.

The scanner supports an organizational voice-forensics workflow; it does not identify a person with certainty, prove identity, guarantee accuracy or legal admissibility, enable covert monitoring, or replace legal, privacy, security, or technical review. Synthetic tests do not validate a customer’s microphone, routing, room conditions, or recognition accuracy. No signed installer is included in this release.

Guided audio setup: INSTALL.bat automatically downloads official Voicemeeter Potato and VB-CABLE packages into audio-setup/installers inside your scanner installation, with SHA-256 verification. SETUP_AUDIO.bat can also download or retry them independently. XML presets and the guide are kept nearby in audio-setup/settings and audio-setup/AUDIO_SETUP.md. Follow audio-setup/AUDIO_SETUP.md for administrator installation, restart, XML import and B2 selection. Includes a muted customer routing template and a clearly labeled July reference preset. VB-Audio licenses are separate; vendor installers are downloaded directly and are not bundled.

QC maintenance: the customer template starts muted, routes input 1 only to B2, and disables inherited output-bus gain boosts, EQ and effects. The original reference preset is preserved separately. Configure and validate your own audio source before recording.

Maintenance update: corrected fingerprint console labels so a parent label is shown only when explicitly recorded. RUN_TIMED_LIVE.ps1 supports bounded Live recording with enrollment enabled, separate stdout/stderr logs and actual process exit status. A local 20-minute B2 test recorded 1199.9 seconds without dropped blocks or recorder errors and persisted new model fingerprints; restart reload was checked separately. This validates recording and enrollment persistence, not speaker identity or accuracy. Check microphone and mixer gain for clipping before customer use.
